Greater Fredericksburg USBC Mission

This site is provided by the Greater Fredericksburg USBC Association, which is chartered by the United States Bowling Congress, to promote the sport of bowling for the men, women and youth members of our organization. This site contains information relating to association officers, tournaments, average books, current leagues, youth news, honor scores, association newsletters and other matters of concern to our members.

The association has reviewed and recommended changes to our by-laws.  Voting to approve these changes will be held at the annual meeting on 14 April 2012.  Go to FORMS page and click on Association By-Laws to view the by-laws and recommended changes.
ak ELECTIONS

The positions of 1st Vice President, 3rd Vice President, Director #1, and Director #3 are subject to election at the annual meeting (4/14/12).  Interested, go to FORMS page and click on Board of Directors Application. 		aa ELECTIONS

Director #4 (youth director) will be named at the annual meeting (4/14/12).  Interested go to FORMS page and click on Board of Directors Application and mark Director # 4 on the application.  The youth committee will select the person to fill this position.		 ab QUESTIONS

During the 2010-2011 season the bowlers of the Greater Fredericksburg USBC have donated $3,291.50 to the Susan G. Komen Bowl for the Cure and $1,817.95 to the Bowlers to Veterans Link (BVL) for a total of $5,109.45.  This along with the $7,371.03 donated during the 2009-2010 season and the $2,346.53 donated during the 2008-2009 season makes a total of $14,827.01 given by bowlers of GFUSBC to these worthy charities.  Congratulations to all and keep up the good work.  With your help, a cure for breast cancer may be found in our life time.  Also, remember our veterans are the reason we are free to live, worship and express our opinions in this GREAT LAND WE CALL THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  Click here to see which leagues and individuals donated to these worthy causes!
